The 48 Hour Rule!

Empowerment, in our opinion, is paramount to the success of simply getting stuff done and being an awesome place to work.

So, we implemented a 48-hour rule, which empowers team members to make a decision or change without having to wait days/weeks for a response from management to approve it. If our team members see an opportunity to make a decision that “makes the boat go faster”, we encourage them to collaborate with the experts and then, just do it.
